Thrix update: Book reference validation and more!

        We’ve been hard at work improving Thrix, and are excited to share the latest updates with you!
What’s new in Thrix?
- Thrix has always added and validated journal article details using Crossref and PubMed. This update brings the same capability to books and book chapters!
 - Thrix now recognizes citations in the author–page system (also called author–title), as used by the Modern Language Association (MLA). Conversion to this system is coming soon!
 - Dozens of style improvements and fixes, including:
- APA. Intro text to article IDs used in place of pages, e.g. Article e04291; space before thesis description
 - Correct & consistent. Many new rules, and better defaults when retrieving missing details
 - CSE (all editions). No URL intro
 - CSE (9th Edition). Require accessed date only if the reference has no publication date; add DOIs
 - MDPI: ACS. Point before thesis description; thesis description not in brackets, title case
 - MDPI: Chicago. Thesis description: point before, in sentence case, and not in brackets
 - RSC. Comma and space before thesis description
 - Science. Double quotes added to book chapter titles but not journal article titles
 - Thrix Demo Style. Delete publisher location; citation in brackets changed from ‘(more recently (Smith, 1999))’ to ‘(more recently; Smith, 1999)’
