Thrix update: Full editing of accessed dates, and more!

Thrix just got even better! We’ve improved accuracy and increased the number automatic edits, while reducing comments. Plus Thrix now fully standardizes accessed dates, and much more!
- Thrix now adds fewer comments
- Fewer unnecessary or unhelpful comments
- Better address completion instead of adding a comment
- Better website name generation instead of adding a comment
- Thrix now adds and fully standardizes accessed dates
- Thrix now generates today’s date in the correct format, with a comment asking for confirmation
- New editorial rule: URL accessed date in figures or full
- New editorial rule: URL accessed date all-figure date sequence
- New URL accessed date format: 2026, March 17th
- Thrix applies new editorial rules (depending on style):
- Replace ‘ibid.’ in footnotes with full reference
- Ensure only one reference per ID in numerical references
Thrix is also now much better at converting references in notes to reference lists, particularly within prose. We’ve also improved recognition and editing accuracy, improved some of our styles, and fixed some bugs!
